At TRUE VINE HOMESTAY , we hold honesty, respect and integrity with the highest regard. We value the importance of fostering a healthy long-lasting and friendly relationship with you.

Despite TRUE VINE HOMESTAY being in an up-market residential area in Singapore, We understand that an overseas education is a large financial commitment. As such; our fee is very competitively priced and includes many services that others charge extra for.

There is no minimum tenure; however, there is an agreement that needs to be sign.

 

 

 

 

                                                           *A security Deposit (of a month fee) is required and will be returned at the end of the homestay.

 

 

The following expenditure or fees will not be included in TRUE VINE HOMESTAY fee:

• School Fees/ Examination Fees

• Administrative Fees (i.e. charged by school, immigration or authorities etc)

• Transportation Fees

• Medical Fees

• Books and uniforms

• Mobile Phone bills

• Tuition Fees

• Miscellaneous Fees (ie. daily pocket money, stationeries, shoes, personal toiletries)

*Any other fees that are not mention or stated in the contract shall be bear by the parents too.

Recommendation Commission

• Help to make us the best Singapore accommodation for students! If you successfully recommend a student to sign a contract for 6-months or more with us, you will be entitled to a commission.

 

Others:

• When your child returns home to their own country during the June and/or Dec Holidays (both are 1-month long holidays), half a month accommodation charges would apply for these periods.

• TRUE VINE HOMESTAY fee will be collected in advance. For example, the fee for January will be collected on the 1st of January.

• A 1-month security deposit is required for TRUE VINE HOMESTAY and this will be refundable upon end of guardianship services.
